Create, Access, Edit, Share, Collaborative Edit Documents & Projects

Create
Once you register, you can start creating your documentes or projects right away by clicking on "New" in the main navigation bar. You can create a document by specifing document file type and a project by by specifing project file type.

Edit
Once you create a document, you can write using 18 fonts in 7 sizes, 70 fontcolors (and italic, bold, underlining, strikeout, justify left, justify center, justify right, and ordered list), and insert tables, images, web links, page breaks, horozontal lines, special characters and emoticon to your document. You can also add tags to your document. To edit, you can use right-clicking or keyboard commands to copy, cut and paste materials. Solodox lets you find and replace, and also lets you undo mistakes

Once you create a project file, you can plan and manage project with editing duration, start, finish, complete, resource.

Share
Sharing a document or a project is simple — just click on the "Add or remove viewers" at the menu "Collaboration" of the Editor, and enter the email addresses of the people whom you want to invite to

You can also share documents and projects at Main List Page — select documents and projects you want to share, and then click on the "Add or remove viewers" at the menu "Collaboration" or at the file dropdown menu, and enter the email addresses of the people whom you want to invite to.

Publish
When you’re done writing a document, click on the "Publish document" at the menu "Publish" of the Editor. This will bring you to get a publish page.

You can also publish document at Main List Page — select a document, click on the "Publish document" at the menu "Publish" or at the file dropdown menu. 

Collaborate
It’s easy to edit a document in collaboration with others: Click on the "Add or remove collaboratores" at the menu "Collaboration" of the Editor, and enter the email addresses or the nickname of the people you want to invite to edit with you. Solodox will e-mail invitations to anyone you choose. When you collaborate on a document, you can see what the others type and also the others can see what you type almost instantly.

With Main List Page, clicking on the "Add or remove collaboratores" at the menu "Collaboration" or at the file dropdown menu can also bring you to do a simultaneous editing with your friends.

So, how’s it work?
