MyStickies lets you save the web for later

To put it simple, MyStickies allows you to place little yellow squares of digital paper anywhere and everywhere you feel like in the whole wide web. Along with the ability to put sticky notes on webpages mystickies offers a powerful interface to browse, search, sort, edit and generally have a wonderfull time with your sticky notes from any computer that has internet access.

Goodbye to Bookmarks?

MyStickies is like bookmarks on steroids. While bookmarks store the title of a webpage and its link, they do little to help you find what was important about the page and why exactly you chose to mark it. MyStickies solves this problem by giving you the power to mark up the page the way you like, and a tool to find notes easily and efficiently.

Set the mood for any occasion, light up a party or simply add atmosphere to your home space. At the touch of a button, the Jellephish remote control allows you to choose the colours and visual effects within an almost infinite spectrum of colours. It uses processor controlled digital LED technology to create an array of colours that can satisfy your every mood.

The Jellephish Mood Lamp can be freestanding on an acrylic base, or the dome can be independently mounted flush against a wall. It has 4 modes:

Scrolling: Select this mode & see the lamp scroll through millions of colours. You can decide the morphing speed from 10 seconds to 16 minutes.

Static: Allow the Jellephish to scroll through the colours & using the remote control select your colour choice.

Pearlescent: This mode produces a cool white light, with hints of red, green and blue to give a pearlescent effect. Use the select + button to increase intensity and select - to decrease intensity. The Pearlescent mode has five preset intensity levels, it will always begin in the highest level.

Sound to light: In this mode the Jellephish Mood Light will change colour to music. This is perhaps the coolest feature of this great lamp.

The Jellephish remote control unit is highly tactile and silky smooth to the touch and allows you to switch between the four preset modes of the mood lamp. The contemporary design is perfect for every home even when switched off, it looks like a piece of modern art. It can be used to set the mood in any occasion, or to liven up a party, or simply add some atmosphere to your home space. The Jellephish Mood Lamp will stimulate, captivate and create a relaxing theme in almost any environment.

The top dome on its own is 22cm wide and 12 cm high, and when added to the stand the total height of the lamp becomes 29cm.

A light with the power to impress, confound and illuminate all in one go.

The Glow Brick gathers solar power during the day and then, as night falls, gradually begins to light up. In a darkened room, it shines an eerie green light and gives the impression that it is a bulb suspended in mid-air within the room.

And, since it doesn’t need to be turned on each night, it makes your otherwise empty house look like it’s inhabited during the evening. Style and security in one little acrylic brick.

mo.neytrack.in is an online accounting tool that would probably never be used by an accountant, but is great for the rest of us. The simplicity of it right now suits me as I’m not good in accounting tools.

How about a robot with built in VGA camera and controlled from your mobile over Bluetooth, well perhaps the Rob-1 from Sony Ericsson is more than a little wacky but people have bought the Sony Aibo dog so why not a spherical Bluetooth bot?

The 110mm diameter silver sphere contains a 200 MHz, ARM-9, Dragonball processor and 2mb of memory and tips the scales at a shade under 1 Kg, it looks a little like those cheap kit radio controlled spheres that you see on gadget sites but that is an unkind comparison. The VGA camera can stream at a rate of up to 15 frames per second back to the Bluetooth handset which then displays the image using software which needs to be uploaded to the phone.

The Rob-1 is compatible with the Sony Symbian phones P900, P910 and K750i and any phone with a java platform supporting Bluetooth™ API JSR-82, other Bluetooth enabled phones will be able to get still images back from the Rob-1 but not the streaming video.

Rob-1 bluetooth robotDriving your rob-1 from the mobile phone is simple enough using the custom app and the Sony user interface, whether you are roaming around the office trying to find female members of staff in short skirts or around the house annoying your dog the rob-1’s camera can be tilt 70 degrees up and 20 degrees down for the ideal shot.

Want to operate your Rob in the dark, well it has a set of ultra bright leds to illuminate its path although these aren’t really enough to shed enough light to take great pictures or video,  but with a bit of practice you’ll be driving your silver sphere like a gadget mad Schumacher brother in no time.

The Rob-1 from Sony comes hot on the heels of their Bluetooth controlled car and represents the more entertaining side of the mobile phone giant, while a Bluetooth sphere with a web cam isn’t a match for an Aibo its likely to be a lot cheaper when it goes on sale.
